Go to Bago Episode I: Only what counts
IMPORTANT: When Bago asked for a refund, I agreed if he provided a detailed point-by-point explanation of why he believed I was a "scammer". With the exception of the single point addressed in Episode I, the points addressed in this table address EVERY point he specified. Read my responses carefully, and you'll understand that Bago is calling me a scammer due to his own incompetence, and poor understandings of my computer.
Bago's False Claim: |
The Truth: |
||
Bago claims I'm a scammer because on my website, I did not explain the relevance of wheel speeds to accuracy of predictions. Specifically he states I did not explain that on faster wheels, the ball bounces more. |
The faster the wheel spins, the more the ball will bounce unpredictably. So the slower the wheel, the better your results. This should be obvious to anyone. My computer has the ability to set a specific wheel speed range in which predictions will be announced - if the wheel is too fast, the computer will announce "risk" instead of giving a prediction. You can see the acceptable speed range to whatever you want. In the instructions, I advise players that the smaller the acceptable speed range, the more accurate predictions will be. But the smaller the speed range, the more often "risk" will be announced. Tony argued that "risk" was called too often, which made the computer unusable which is absolute nonsense. If he simply widened the acceptable speed range, he could have completely disable the risk feature. The fact that he did not understand such a basic and elemental feature of the computer is only the beginning of his poor understanding. For Bago's his lack of understanding, he calls me a "scammer". |
||
Bago claims I'm a scammer because my web site states that an earpiece is not required to use the computer, but an earpiece IS required. |
The reason Bago says an earpiece is required is because for the computer to tune automatically, it needs to know where the ball landed. And for the player to enter where the ball landed, they should ideally hear the computer's audio prompts asking for the winning number. Does the player need to HEAR any audio prompts? NO. Here's why:
When the ball lands, you click once to let the computer know that it needs to wait for the winning number to be specified. Ideally you will hear the computer tell you it is ready, but you just clicked the button anyway so you don't need to hear what the computer says. But without an earpiece, how do you hear the computer prompts for inputting the winning number? You simply count seconds in your head, because you can easily estimate the timing between prompts. If that sounds unreasonable, consider that you can adjust the number of seconds between prompts to whatever you want. For example, you can even set the computer so that you need to count seconds within an accuracy of 1 to 60 seconds. Can you count in your head and comfortably know when ANYWHERE between 1 to 60 seconds has elapsed? Yes of course you can. Bago's argument was that he couldn't do it. But nevertheless, most players use an earpiece anyway, and this is not an overly important claim to address.
Am I a scammer because Bago didn't understand how to set appropriate computer prompt times? No. |
||
Bago claims I'm a scammer because I said I would supply him with a toe switch, but I sent him a finger switch. He also claimed that unless he used an earpiece, there was no way to know if he missed a click. |
Bago didn't like the first switch he received, so I sent him another switch for free. He then said he was very happy with it. Later he changed his mind saying he couldn't use it for a toe switch.
In reality the switch I sent him is suitable for both toe and finger application. He argued that he couldn't "feel" the click with his toe. The travel distance of the button is 0.25mm. You do not need to feel it. But a switch is a switch - a player can easily use whatever switch they want.
Regarding missing a click: if he missed a click, all that would happen is the computer would automatically return to play mode after X seconds (X is defined in settings). |
||
In addition to the main program that my players pay for, the computer also includes free software that enables part of a statistical analysis. This analysis can be used for many wheels where they cannot bet after ball release. Why did I include this program for free? Because if for some reason the casinos stop permitting bets after the ball release, I don't want the computer to be useless to them. The analysis is called the "before spin" module.
Bago claims I'm a scammer because the method doesn't work. |
The "before spin" module generates what is known as a correlation chart. It is basically a chart between one reference point and another. It is the most elemental type of chart for analysis, which is why I call it a "primordial chart". Bago didn't have any idea what it was or how it can be used. He didn't know that virtually every legitimately effective technique to beat roulette uses a correlation chart. In fact even roulette computers use correlation charts in some form, and so do visual ballistic techniques.
Is a correlation chart a scam? No. Bago just didn't have any idea what he was doing. |
||
Bago claims I'm a scammer because he claims the DVD I sent him has exaggerated wheel speed consistency that cannot be found in real casinos. |
You can see the public demo videos on my site - it is no different to the average casino. Irrespective, my computer is the only computer available anywhere which is capable of:
i. Adjusting predictions based on the specific wheel speed: the computer adjusts for different wheel speeds and the different ball bounce for specific wheel speeds, and/or
ii. Isolating any wheel speed range: when the wheel speed is not within the range you specify, risk is announced. |
||
Bago claims I'm a scammer because the computer only gave predictions for one direction, and this make play take twice the time if the casino spins wheels in both directions. |
At the time, this was partly true. But does this make me a scammer? No of course not. Current versions give predictions for both wheel directions and it has been this way for many years.
Additionally, even the older versions could be used for both directions if he knew what he was doing. How? All he had to do was manually create the scatter charts for each direction, then manually apply the offset. It is not the ideal situation, but he could have done it. However as explained above, current versions deal with different directions at the click of a button, and without the need to manually create scatter charts. |
||
Bago claims I'm a scammer because in the instructions, I advise players to specify a very small acceptable wheel speed range. The tighter the wheel speed range, the more accurate predictions will be, but the less frequently predictions will be called instead of "risk". |
Small acceptable speed ranges is not required for all wheels - it is only some of the latest wheels where even a slight difference in wheel speed may make a huge difference to the distance the ball bounces. Bago argued that a small acceptable wheel speed range made "risk" be announced too often. All Bago had to do to fix this was widen the acceptable wheel speed range. On most wheels at the time, this would not have significantly adversely affected accuracy. This feature is extremely basic, and he didn't even understand it. If someone doesn't understand such a basic feature, you can be sure their understanding of the computer is extremely poor. Because Bago's understanding was so poor, I virtually pleaded with him to let me call him to support him, but he refused stating he didn't speak english well enough.
Here's how my computer currently deals with different wheel rotor speeds:
i. Adjusting predictions based on the specific wheel speed: the computer adjusts for different wheel speeds and the different ball bounce for specific wheel speeds, and/or
ii. Isolating any wheel speed range: when the wheel speed is not within the range you specify, risk is announced. |

Bago claims he got my system for free and found it is a scam.
|
All Bago has is an older primordials document. A "primordials" document is nothing more than an introduction to our techniques, and it is so players can begin to understand what makes roulette beatable. The very reason the "primordials" document is called as such is because it contains the most basic and elemental information. In fact it can be summarized in a short paragraph. There is one technique explained in the document, and in no uncertain terms I tell players it is obsolete and none of the players ever use it. But it is explained nevertheless, and I teach it to you free below.
The general procedure for new players is:
1. They first receive the primordials document, which is nothing more than an introductory document - everything in the primordials document constitutes less than 10% of what you learn. It explains basic and general information about ball and wheel behavior, why roulette is beatable, and which wheels are best. It also contains a basic, although now obsolete method to beat roulette. Most versions of the primordials document also touch on techniques such as bias analysis and visual ballistics, but in no more detail than what is already available for free on my roulette forum. The purpose of this is to educate players of their options - at this early stage it is not to teach the actual techniques, so the explanations are only partial so the player understands what is required (such as time of application, when it can/can't be applied etc).
2. The player then tells me about where they play, and which techniques they want to focus on.
3. The player is then personally taught the techniques usually via phone or skype (free), whether they be bias analysis, visual ballistics, custom variants or whatever. Where required, the player is also sent free DVDs of real roulette wheel spins for practise.
Bago wants you to believe he has my system in its entirety because it suits him. You can download a free version of the current primordials document.
So exactly what is the "primordial" method? I'll tell you right here for free: First note the distance in pockets between one spin and the next. Chart the difference, look for areas in the chart that are higher than others, then apply this knowledge to make predictions. Sounds simple? That's because it is, which is precisely why it's called "primordial". Of course the use of such a chart can be considerably more complex and effective, but we are just focusing on the most basic of basics. What I call a "primordial chart", other professional roulette players call a "correlation chart", which is basically charting the distance between one reference point and another. Bago calls this a "scam" when it in connection with me, yet he himself uses a correlation chart when he tries to discredit me. In other words he uses what he calls a scam to try and discredit me. In part it is because of his inexperience, but also because he only cares about discrediting me.
However, using a correlation chart simply between one spin and the next is now obsolete in modern casinos - even the primordials document states this. So why do I teach this to players? Because it is merely an introduction to beating roulette - I teach it so players understand the concept of reference points, and what are the most obvious and basic reference points? One spin to the next. Reference points and correlation charts are used in almost every legitimate method to beat roulette, including roulette computers and visual ballistics. Before players move to advanced methods that are used in casinos, the player needs to understand under what circumstances correlation charts can be used. In other words players need to walk before they can run.
Bago never bought my system and he knows very little about it. All he knows is correlation charts are used - basically the primordials, and he doesn't even understand them well at all, as explained below. When he purchased my computer, I agreed to help with my system, but he never understood some of the most basic information, and he showed extreme instability in his behavior so he never proceeded beyond the most elemental methods.
One example of Bago's poor understanding: early 2009, certainly not that long ago, Bago published a correlation (primordial) chart from a wheel that had a clear peak. Specifically the peak was at a value along the x-axis. He claimed the peak was due to a wheel bias. The problem is wheel bias has NOTHING to do with correlation charts. He used the value of the distance between pockets and related it to a number on the wheel, which is a colossal mistake. Anyone that understood what Bago was saying clearly saw Bago really didn't have any idea what he was saying - however, he of course wants everyone to believe his understanding is sound. Bago didn't correct his mistake when I highlighted it, but perhaps due to embarrassment, he just intensified his efforts to try and discredit me.
The bottom line is Bago is not interested in the truth. He is extremely aggressive in his attacks against me, and will absolutely never admit he is wrong - it will damage his childish ego too much. If he were interested in the truth, he would behave very differently. |

Bago claims I'm a "convicted criminal" and that it's proof I'm a scammer. |
In actual fact, yes I do have a conviction against my name. See full details of the Rentech case. Read the information carefully and decide for yourself. I was essentially charged with recklessly disseminating false or misleading information, when I ought reasonably to have known the information wasn't accurate. In actual fact, I did believe the most relevant parts of the information were accurate. This is not a simple case, so if you want to know the truth you have to read carefully. |

Bago claims the reviews of my products at roulettesystemreviews.com are not accurate.
|
Let's see. I teach system players every known proven effective technique to beat roulette, including but not limited to bias analysis and visual ballistics. There are in fact many legitimate techniques to beat roulette. Bago himself acknowledges these techniques are effective. But he still calls me a scammer. Why? Because he is interested only in attacking me.
The review at roulettesystemreviews.com clearly states what I teach players includes all the known and proven professional techniques, in addition to other less-known yet more effective techniques that I've developed. As part of the process to improve my own methods, I purchased just about every other legitimate technique and system on the Internet. When something new was discovered in this material, such as a particular visual ballistics technique, I incorporated it into my own course - all players receive such updates for free. This has ensured my course to beat roulette is by far the most complete available anywhere. This is not just a case of me saying this, it is a case of me ENSURING this by purchasing every viable system I can get my hands on, while also developing my own prediction methods which incidentally are more powerful than anything I've ever purchased. Of course Bago wont tell you that, because it doesn't suit him. Bago never bought my system though and really knew very little about it.
I could give many examples, but Bago would often say how a particular visual ballistics player taught him a situation called vis a vis. This is simply where if the ball misses one vertical diamond, it may very well hit the next one. Bago previously went on an on about this, and much to his surprise, I told him vis a vis is already incorporated into the very basic primordial charts of my system, specifically with format 3 where you chart the distance between two reference points, such as:
A,B A,B etc.
With visual ballistics, "A" is the reference point you take when the ball is at a certain speed, and/or when the ball has X second before it falls.
Essentially, vis a vis is nothing more than multiple peaks on a format 3 primordial chart. But Bago knew so little about my system, he didn't even know this.
Another noteworthy example is Bago recently confused the location of a peak on a primordial (correlation) chart with bias analysis. Rather than go into absolute detail, the connection he made was so incorrect, it demonstrated he had an absolutely terrible understanding of the most fundamental principles of roulette prediction. Bago likes everyone to think he's a pro, but in reality he simply recites what professionals say, without any real depth of understanding of what he recites. To his credit he is quite young and still learning, but when I had contact with him, he really knew very little. Unfortunately for me though, his immaturity hasn't changed at all over the years - he still puts him being "right" well ahead of the truth, much like a pouting child. |

Bago claims Mark Howe pretended to be one of my wife's friends, and started a conversation via in email in which my wife released private information about our wealth and lifestyle.
|
This actually did happen - Mark was desperate to get any information. The friend Mark pretended to be was actually not overseas, unlike what Mark claimed in his bogus emails. So we knew very early the person pretending to be our friend was in fact not who they claimed to be. This is precisely why at the end of the very first email, my wife asked how long he'd been overseas for. Mark of course neglected to answer this question in his response. At this stage, I did not reside at the address stated, but I did and still do own the property, and all mail (including bogus gifts from Mark) addressed to mine and my wife's name are redirected to my PO box.
In the emails, an address was released, which is indeed the address of one of our properties. I have spent some of my time there, as photos show. Click here to prove it is a rental property. No, I don't pay myself $450/week rent, and even if I did, you'd have to conclude I earn enough to pay such a high rent. And yes, in the emails that were released, at that time the amount owing on the property was accurate - there was nothing to hide. What Bago, and Mark Howe, don't understand is:
Some of what Mark and Bago choose to ignore is my wife, who refers to her business in the emails. She specifically states "I just work when I feel like it." Does this sound like I'm living in poverty like they claim? Truth is my wife doesn't need to work - her business is her hobby. When I started a harassment case against Mark, I knew the police would read Mark's rubbish comments about my apparent lack of wealth - i.e. rubbish like that I lived next a homeless hostel, and that I'd barely made any money in my life. So they understood the kind of idiot Mark was, in my report to the police, I also submitted some details of part of my wealth. Specifically one company's income records which showed a clear PROFIT of over $400,000 per year, for multiple years, and assets totaling over $2M - this is only part of my wealth, but I well and truly made my point to the police. Of course one may say I'm fabricating this, but consider the police also are aware of this website (because everything is disclosed in the harassment case against Mark), and I'd sure look stupid to them if my claims weren't true.
It is extremely tempting to show photos of my residence, but it is really none of anyone else's business. And besides, it is just not relevant. Never before these issues had I ever made any public statements about my wealth, because it's just not relevant. On the other hand, Mark claims he made US$14,000,000 with his computers before he was allegedly banned from UK casinos, which is absolute nonsense. The one exception to my references about my wealth is on genuinewinner.com, I clearly and honestly stated I did NOT achieve my wealth from playing roulette - I initially built my wealth from my businesses. Things have changed since then, but I don't need to release such details.
What on Earth does all this have to do with roulette computers and systems? Nothing. If you want to stick to what's relevant, see Episode I. If I wanted to play time-wasting petty games, and if I wanted to attack morons like Bago, I would release things like photos of where he lives with his parents, or how he has been caught out for selling roulette systems under fake names, or how he has impersonated me in casinos and chat forums. There is just so much I could say, but I just don't care, and want to focus solely on defending myself - not attacking others. |
