FORESTER (MIRO ZIRDUM)
ABOUT FORESTER:
Forester (real name Miro Zirum) is another developer of roulette computers. I could point out much negative feedback from his players about his device, but I really only want to expose his lies about me - nevertheless, click here to see what Miro Zirdum's customer said about him. Essentially he is a competitor. Despite the extensive material Forester has published about me, there is one very simple lie of his that his claims revolve around. With this single claim clearly refuted, 90% of his claims fall apart. This single major lie of Forester's is clearly exposed in Episode I, and it's really all you need to focus on to know how full of it he is.

Forester (Miro Zirdum) throws around the term "scammer" very loosely - he calls me all sorts of nasty names. If you were someone that didn't know any better, you might naturally assume that because someone calls me a "scammer", it might actually be true. After all, most roulette system sellers are frauds. But if you just focus on WHY he claims I'm a "scammer", you see a nasty name is just a nasty name. Exactly WHY does he call me a "scammer"? Again this is all addressed in Episode I. If anyone is a "scammer" here, it is Forester as his devices are simplistic are far too ineffective for modern wheels. But rather than call him a "scammer", it is more accurate to say he stretches the truth about his products which are actually quite poor, and they cannot be used to beat modern wheels. Don't just take my word for it though - even casino consultant Mike Barnett tested Forester's computer and found the same things I did.
Why is Forester attempting to discredit me?
- I find Forester to be a very arrogant and jealous person, and I have little doubt his jealousy is largely why he attacks me. He also appears to want to feel like "king of the hill" which is quite an immature attitude. I could give many examples, but I'm the only person to ever have developed a completely automated roulette computer (hybrid roulette computer). Forester's computer requires you to look at a wheel and take many clicks of a button, whereas some of my computers don't require any clicks at all, or for anyone to even look at the wheel - all timings are handled automatically by the computer. Consequently, timings are very accurate, and predictions can be far earlier. What does Forester has to say about this? He ridicules it, claiming it to be a silly idea - he claims he "laughed" when he saw my Hybrid roulette computer website - I'm not so sure he laughed. I have little doubt if he had the resources to build such a computer, he would do it, and then claim it was simply the best computer around. According to Forester, whatever he has at the time is best. An example of this is before he had a computer that actually announced the prediction with an audio file (spoken predictions), all he had was a very rough device that gave you an electric shock when the ball passed a specific point on the wheel - then to determine where to actually bet, you need to perform mental calculations. The whole process is explained in Forester's computer review (click here) - to anyone who had this computer, the process was obviously beyond impractical. Yet Forester claims it was better than the computer just telling you the predicted number. Why? Well whatever technology Forester has at the time, he claims is best. Now Forester has a computer that speaks predictions, albeit you have to manually draw a chart at the table before manually tuning it, so still it is far from practical - this is not even considering the poor accuracy on modern wheels because of its lack of sophistication. But anyway, Forester's computer finally speaking a prediction is a big step forward for him, when it should be considered a bare essential. As I have said many times, Forester does well with limited resources, but you need a lot more than limited resources to build a truly effective and practical roulette computer.
- Forester is basically a competitor. He wants you to buy his computer instead of mine. so he resorts to incredibly blatant manipulation of information, and choosing only to release information that supports his claims that I'm a "scammer". Withholding information is really no different to lying, but he blatantly twists and distorts information to mislead people. I have attempted to speak to Forester man-to-man on numerous occasions, but he was clearly unwilling to reason, simply because he's not interested in the truth. After all, the truth would not do him any favors. However, I'm not upset at Forester for simply doing what most competitors would do anyway. But I certainly do not approve of his unethical conduct. Really you have to see the full scope of dishonesty from my shoes to understand how manipulative he is. While perhaps a large part of Forester's claims about me and my products are pure ignorance, it cannot all be explained as ignorance because I have corrected him many times - but again, the truth doesn't suit him.
- I have been contacted by several of Forester's purchasers who have been dissatisfied with his computer. On one occasion, a purchaser sent me his device for free - I've been offered it free from other purchasers too, but I already have it. I tested it and found it to be nowhere near what Forester claimed. I didn't release this information for some time as I simply didn't care. I did not even bother updating the review of his device at roulettesystemreviews.com as I had better things to do (the initial review of his computer was based solely on the concept of his device, not actually having it which was made clear in the review). But when Forester started claiming he tested my computer and that it was a scam, he was asked to answer a very basic question about it - after all, if his claims were true, the answer would be easy for him to give. After much pressure, he ended up guessing and answering INCORRECTLY, which embarrassed him as it proved he has never even seen my computer. I then updated the review of Forester's computer to reflect what I had known about it for some time, and I released photos of it to prove I actually had it - this is something he could never do with my computer because he lied about having it. This all enraged and embarrassed Forester, and since then he's been on a mission to harm me. Forester has since claimed he knows many of my players that believe my products are a scam.
The thing to keep in mind with Forester, and the other morons that attack me, is that they will NEVER, NEVER admit to being wrong. This is not just because the truth doesn't suit them, but also because it would embarrass the hell out of them, and they want to avoid that at all costs. If these people were actually interested in the truth, they would do things very differently.

** NEWS ** Forester was taken to court for behavior consistent with stalking - I attempted to have him charged for his pathetic behavior. The judge ruled that although his behavior was indeed consistent with the definition of stalking, that his behavior, while unacceptable, did not meet the "heavy" requirement to be able to charge him with what is normally a serious criminal offence.
Being the liar he is, forester claimed the judge laughed at me and said "get out of my court scammer". Any normal person would see this as a dubious claim. And it is. People dont know that Forester literally may be sick - he literally appears deluded, and with an incredible ego.

Exactly what did Forester do? Many things, but primarily:
1. He published a private photo of me on his site. He denied putting it there, despite only him having access to edit his site. When the photo was removed as per the police's request, he published a direct link to it somewhere else, which is the same thing.
2. He drove past one of my properties, took a photo, then sent it to someone who published it for him. On his site, he bragged about visiting the property and seeing an ironing board out front. The photo had the ironing board in it. In court, under oath, he denied taking the photo or having anything to do with it.
3. On his site he published a direct link to google maps where he displayed a private address.
Forester completely contradicted himself in court by first denying he did any of this, and then he later made the excusing saying "oh stefano is a scammer and I was just informing people and performing this public service". It's all in the court transcripts but for now I have better things to do.

But at least you get an understanding of how pathetic this man is, and what he did to end up in court. I will publish the other transcript later when I have time, where the judge virtually yelled at him warning him to not publish such material again.
For this judge:
First part: judge explains the difference between stalking intervention orders, and family related intervention orders - specifically that we are dealing with the crimes ACT and potential criminal charges, which are much harder to establish.
Second part: judge gives brief definition of stalking.
Third part: Judge states first part is qualified (publishing of material on the Internet).
Fourth part: Judge states the second requirement to convict Forester of stalking is if the offender had INTENT to cause harm. And again the judge says this is qualified. This means the judge was satisfied that Forester had malicious intent, and aimed to do harm by the publishing of the private material.
Fifth part (verdict): Despite the general requirements being met, the Judge says the case ultimately doesn't meet the "heavy" requirements for the stalking provision of the crimes ACT. He says forester's behavior was not acceptable, and makes it clear I had reason to complain. Bare in mind Forester's version of this is that the judge laughed at me and said "get out of my court scammer". Hmm you might say.
In the end forester promises to do his best to keep his site clean of private material. But after Ronjo's testing results were release, he lost it. He let Tony Duhamel back on his site (after initially being banned for starting arguments with everyone), and let him post links to private photos all over his site. In court Forester LIED to the judge saying he only allowed the links to Tony's (Bago) sites because he didnt know there was private information there, but after the court case there was no doubt he knew - yet he allows Tony to spam links to the private material. There is so much more that could be said, but in the nicest possible way, Forester is a pig, a liar and I know I shouldnt waste this kind of time.
