Mark's False Claim:

The Truth:

Mark claims he paid private investigators to research me. He claims they obtained photos of me, my residential address, and detailed financial information about me such as mortgage debts. He claims it all proves I'm not a millionaire unlike I apparently claimed, and that it is evidence of my roulette computers being ineffective.

Mark claims his roulette computers are effective, and that he earned over £4,000,000 (US$8,000,000) with them before UK casinos banned him.

Mark obtained photos of my wife and I from my wife's facebook.com page, where he also clumsily attempted to impersonate someone we know very well before changing his mind and claiming he was actually a prostitute trying to convince my wife I am unfaithful, and have contracted a sexually transmitted disease that caused a birth defect in my son among other malicious claims.

Mark has made countless lies about my financial status. He hasn't the vaguest idea of my income levels and assets.

Mark edited a 10 year-old photo of me by adding height bars, so it resembled a prison "mug shot". You can clearly see his editing. It is actually an old drivers license photo. Immaturely, he made me appear 5 feet tall, although like many of his lies, I found it quite funny.

Mark does not know where I reside. He released the address of a nearby property he incorrectly states I reside at. It is actually one of my investment properties, and I use the address as a mail forwarding address - I receive mail provided it is addressed to specific names. My residential address is never released under any circumstances. How do you know the property is one of my investment properties? See www.roulettecomputers.com/rent.jpg which is an advertisement for this property. Mark tried to find any kind of evidence that I might not be wealthy, but only uncovered part of my wealth. It's not my intention to brag - I'm only refuting his false claims.

Why does Mark focus so much on my wealth? The best I can figure is because he is not wealthy himself, and is envious of me. Additionally, he was exposed for various lies about his own wealth including that he lived in a mansion, drove a silver Ferrari etc (blatant lies), so he is after any kind of information that might support the notion that I'm not actually wealthy.

Although I never publicly claimed I am a millionaire, in a police report I submitted that details Mark's malicious activities, I provided verifiable proof of income from just one of my numerous income sources. Sorry to "burst his bubble", but this source alone provides a profit of over $400,000/year - this is excluding my investments and other revenue sources. Of course Mark will claim this is false, but the Australian Taxation Office knows better. I also provided details of liquid funds and assets totaling a value of "multiple millions".

Individuals that know Mark personally have confirmed he has lied about his own wealth, and that he is virtually broke. Casino sources also confirmed he has never been banned from casinos after winning US$8,000,000. He even lied about this to the Guardian newspaper who failed to do their research on Mark. Consequently, many people have criticized Guardian for this. Since the Guardian visited him, Mark claims they visited him at his "mansion", which is yet another blatant lie.

Mark is desperate to discredit or harm me in any way. In particularly he would love for his claims about my residence to be true. Why? Because a while back his claims that he lived in a mansion were proven false. In actual fact he lived with his girlfriend in a very small house, and he was evicted by his girlfriend for refusing to seek employment. We found this information out when the Sheffield Police visited his old residence. Additionally, according to those who know him personally, he spent too much time trying to promote his computer which proved a strain in his relationship. Mark claimed the property was simply his investment property. But investigations with the UK Land Registry revealed he did not even own part of this house, and those who know him personally confirmed he is virtually almost broke. Naturally he was very embarrassed and appears to have made it his mission to try and harm me.

Mark claims I'm "under investigation by the authorities", and that I'm now "toast".

As I trade as a corporation, the laws that govern my business conduct are far stricter than that of a sole trader or standard business. This is why dishonest corporations don't last long, and it's why scammers never trade as corporations.

The ACCC deals with corporate investigations. I have been in contact with the Australian authorities (ACCC) several times about Mark - they know all about him and what he is trying to do. There is no case against me, contrary to what Mark claims. Even if there was, it would be extremely easy to demonstrate my technology to them. I would actually love to do this because then I could publish the results of such demonstrations.

With the ACCC, although it is not relevant, I have even discussed details of Howe's death threats against me - among his many threats of violence, he told one of my players he knows people that are "expert shots at killing birds" and that they would "snipe" me when I visited my parents for dinner. What kind of man is he? You decide.

Mark claims to have purchased information about my company (Site Promotions PTY LTD) and claims I've only ever earned a $44,000 over a few years.

Firstly, the figure is grossly inaccurate - it is actually closer to what I earn in a week. And secondly, ASIC, the government body that provides information about companies to the public does not even have records of my company income, so what Mark claims to have done is actually impossible - he completely fabricated the figure in attempt to harm me.

Mark claims you can purchase the records for yourself to prove he's being honest, although he doesn't expect you to actually do this. If you did, you'd find absolutely no details of my income are available.

To verify this , purchase my company information yourself, OR email ASIC at info.enquiries@asic.gov.au to ask them directly. Ask them if they have income records for the private company of Site Promotions PTY LTD - a company that has never registered any income details with any government body other than the Australian Tax Office. Only a public company listed on the ASX ever registers their income with ASIC. The only information ASIC has about private companies is general information such as directorships.

Mark claims you can purchase my credit file and apparently that it shows I've been in business for 2.5 years and made very little profit, and that I rent cheap offices. Word for word, he said:

"Mr Hourmouzis business accounts if you do a credit check on him show that his company has only been in business for about 2.5 years and made very little in profit, that only of a normal mans wage if he had been working for someone, and has no equity in it. In fact, his business rating is very low, yet he claims he is a millionaire. Also do a check on where he lives in Melbourne in Australia. Next door to his home on Yileen court in Melbourne is a Hostel for homeless people, not exactly fitting for someone claiming to be a millionaire, especially when it is his parents home and he is only a lodger. He currently only rents some cheap offices to run his business from."

While I could easily published fully verifiable information about my income and wealth, it is not anyone's business. However, you only need to consider the following:

My company Site Promotions PTY LTD was registered in 1999 and before this, I traded under the standard business name of "OE Research". Check my company records with ASIC - verify date of registration and office location. In 1999, I "upgraded" to a corporation on the advice of my accountant. This was because I was earning too much for a standard business. Specifically the maximum wage I can pay myself is $70,000 before the tax rate becomes ridiculous. The rest of the profits are "corporate profits", and they are taxed at relatively low rate of 30%. So unless I upgraded to a corporation, I would have been paying way too much tax, because I was earning too much even in 1999.

Anyone that understand the basics of corporations would understand the following: Because corporations are expensive to run even just with the regulations and paperwork (compliance), you need to be earning $100,000+ per year to make it financially viable, otherwise your profits are lost to basic administration fees. It costs about $10,000 in accounting and ASIC fees alone each year just to have a corporation. I operate numerous corporations, not just Site Promotions Pty Ltd. But let's just consider ONLY Site Promotions Pty Ltd: As this corporation has been registered since 1999, since 1999 I've been earning a significant income. Since 1999, the income of Site Promotions Pty Ltd has literally increased more than ten times. Overall, I've been in business approximately 15 years. Do the math fo yourself and you'll see that Mark has completely fabricated the information. Also I'm not even counting income from other companies or investment. Is all this relevant my roulette technology? No, not at all. Is it my intention to brag? No, not in the slightest. The only reason I release this information is because Mark makes outrageously false claims like I live with my parents next to a homeless hostel and have barely made any money in my life.

Additional information:

Contrary to Mark's claims, a credit report does not even specify an individual's income. My "business rating" (he means company credit rating) simply does not exist because my company has never needed to apply for any loan. You need to actually apply for a loan to obtain a rating. My registered office is in St Kilda, which is actually quite an expensive area.

Mark has made countless "excuses" to explain the obvious effectiveness of my computers. He has changed his excuses many times. He first said I cut and edited my footage. Then he claimed I used pins to make the ball fall where I wanted. Then he changed his excuse again claiming my wheel was biased. And again his story changed claiming I was actually using his old computer. Mark's latest excuse to explain the effectiveness of my computer is that I used dealer signature.

All of Mark's false claims have been disproved, and each time, he makes a NEW "excuse" although his new excuses often completely contradict the others. Each of his "excuses" are debunked below:

• FALSE CLAIM # 1: My videos use dealer signature and that I release the ball at specific points to cheat: See the following demo videos where I do not in any way have any influence on the ball and wheel:

• FALSE CLAIM # 2: My Footage Was Cut/Edited: I included a lava lamp to show continuous motion which confirms the footage is continuous. When I asked Mark to specify where the footage was cut, he couldn't answer the question.

• FALSE CLAIM # 3: I used pins to make the ball fall where I want: see the footage for yourself. Absolutely no pins at all.

• FALSE CLAIM # 4: My wheel is biased: a bias occurs over thousands of spins. And a bias occurs on specific numbers, and you can see in videos that predictions are not only on specific numbers - in pther words, the betting patterns aren't even consistent with exploiting a bias.

• FALSE CLAIM # 5: I used Mark's old computer and apparently THAT'S why my computer works: My software is digitally signed with clear labels of its origin. My computer is nothing like Mark's computer - see roulette computer comparison.

Mark claims that he and a "newspaper" offered me a $1,000,000 prize if I can either prove I have the super roulette computer technology as I claim, that my standard system is effective, or that my standard computer is effective.

Neither Mark or any "newspaper" has NEVER made me that offer. Nevertheless, I will happily proceed with any of Mark's challenges. I have told Mark this, but he ignores my acceptance because he's full of it. If you are in doubt of this, email Mark and tell him I accept. CC yourself to the email so you can see all correspondence when I tell him I accept his offer - no matter what, he will back out.

As for newspapers making this offer, there is no way any media company would make such an offer - it is a ridiculous claim from a pathological liar with a distorted perception of reality. Mark refuses to even identify the newspaper he refers to, because they dont exist.

I find it particularly amusing that he doesn't believe computers like my hybrid roulette computer exist. Perhaps the superiority of my technology is too much for him to handle - after all he is a sociopath, and he needs to feel superior.

Mark claims that he has my computer and that it fails. However he could never tell anyone the first thing about it - i.e. something simple like "what's the first thing you see when you load stefanos computer?" so it is obvious he's never even seen it.

My computer and Mark's computers are nothing like each other. The list of differences are enormous. Mark's claim is a desperate attempt to explain the effectiveness of my computer in my videos. He continuously changes his claims as I debunk each of them.

You will see him failing to and eventually flatly refusing to answer the question "what's the first thing you see when you load stefanos computer?" - he didn't know the answer. This was years ago, and since then the correct answer was released by a banned player. But the forum threads demonstrate he simply had never even seen my computer. In fact the time he even published a photo of a phone on his website claiming it was my computer that he had - unfortunately this only discredited him because the phone model he displayed isn't even capable of running my software.

Mark was eventually banned from the Gamblers Glen forum for many reasons, but mainly posting under fake names to lie about me. The link to the announcement of his banning is included above.

Mark claims that my computer is just the old Newton computer (an old computer no longer being sold by its vendor), and that he knows this because it has the same start-up screen.

Mark's claim is completely false. The Newton computer does not and NEVER had the same start-up screen.

Mark constantly changes his claims. When I released my first video demos where clear proof of my computer's effectiveness was displayed, Mark claimed that the obvious effectiveness of my computers was due to me merely using his old software, which is absolute rubbish.

Mark claims that I am going to be arrested for incorrectly declaring the value of items I ship, and therefore avoiding "export tax".

He claims that he's collaborating with the authorities and that I'll be in jail for a long time because it's a serious offence.

Depending on the phone model, the declaration of value on the export papers is around $400, which is correct. However, even if it were incorrect, there is no such thing as "export" tax. He is claiming I'll be arrested for paying a tax that does not exist. I assume he's trying to scare me.

Mark claims that I created a new website called internetcriminals.net where I publicly apologized to Mark for lying about his products. He claims I also publicly apologized for copying his product because apparently this is why my roulette computers appear effective.

Specifically he states:

His roulette computer products were copied from one of our early Psion programs inaccurately producing a product that could never be used effectively in a real casino, he stated this himself at a new site called www.internetcriminals.net

Here he makes a public apology to us for his persistant lying and slanderous remarks. We have involved the authorties and Police now finally!

Mark's claims are complete fabrications. I never apologized to Mark as there is nothing to apologize for, and I never claimed I copied his program because I wouldn't copy absolute rubbish. The internetcriminals.net web site does not even appear to exist.

Mark created the site roulettesystemsexposed.com to discredit me. He claims the site is owned by David Steinberg, who he claims I "ripped off". Mark denies owing the web site.

I have never even dealt with anyone by the name of "David Steinberg". Mark has fabricated many characters in attempt to discredit me.

The web host of roulettesystemsexposed.com has indirectly confirmed that Mark indeed does own the web site.

Note that the material on roulettesystemsexposed.com reveals no details as to why my technology apparently fails. Also note that he links to posts on message boards, in particularly Gamblers Glen where he has been banned for posting lies under fake names to discredit me.

At stevenhourmouzis.com Mark highlights text "cheap vehicles" claiming to have photos of my vehicles.

The link does not exist. Mark doesn't even know where I live. Do your own research on the address he claims I live at. It is a rental property. Yes I own it. I do not pay myself $450/week rent which should be clear to anyone. I own numerous properties. I live nearby, but never release my residential address to anyone.

Mark claims that at a party with my neighbours, I got drunk and claimed to have created a device that allows me to speak to aliens. In his exact words, he stated:

Some of Stefano's neighbours contacted us after seeing the site and could not believe this guy made all these claims, one them said that he had claimed to be in touch with aliens from another planet through a device he had made and they thought maybe he had to much to drink at the barbie, sound familar?

The first problem is who he claims are my neighbours are not my neighbours at all, because I don't live where he claims. The second problem is I have never claimed that, and never would. At the end of his statement, Mark says "sound familiar?" to either convince readers that the statement is true, or to make me question whether or not I ever said that. As quite a clear sociopath, Mark needs to feel he has power over me, and he very frequently makes statements that are intended to make me think. This will be clearer with various additional information on this page.

As Mark had my parent's residential address which is publicly available, he sent a letter (regular mail) to all of my parent's neighbors making ludicrous false claims about me that would encourage the neighbors to dispise me. Prior to this, he had told me via email that he would do this - he attempted to blackmail me.

In the letter he asks all residents to take photos of me, and release any known information about me to him. He also makes offers to pay residents for such information.

Mark now denies he ever sent this letter.

The letter is full of absolute nonsense and enormously distorted information. But below are a few points for consideration:

• Mark claims Tony Duhamel cannot get his money back from me, and that he needs the money to live and for his family. Sounds like a big sob story, right? The truth is Tony was refunded because he is a moron, and I didn't want to deal with him. Read about Tony Duhamel (Bago). On the note of Bago, I might add that he acquired Mark's computer for free (the software is in free circulation) and he believes it is a scam - in this case, Bago was actually correct.

• Mark claims that I claimed to drive a Bentleigh Turbo, a rather expensive vehicle. In fact I NEVER made that or any claim about the vehicle I drive. I assume he is hoping that such statements will make residents despise me. What's the reality? I may be wealthy but I have never and will never own an expensive vehicle - it is a waste of money and I do not need extravagant items for my ego.

• Mark offers to pay the residents for any information about me, including stories and photos. Desperate?

Mark claims that a photo he obtained was of the inside of my residence, and it showed cheap furniture and a cheap TV in the background. Although it is contradictory to his claim about the TV, Mark claimed my wife bragged about the TV.

The photo is not of my residence. However, let's focus on what was actually in the photo. Suede chairs, and a $6000 Sony Bravia LCD TV. Did my wife ever brag about it? No, it is another complete rubbish claim from Mark - I truly don't know what goes on in his head when he makes such claims.

If Mark is really interested in the TVs in my home, see the image below (click to see video). But who cares? Mark is just desperate and attacks everything about me, even when there's nothing to attack.

Mark claims he hacked my computer and retrieved "damaging" financial information about me.

Mark is confessing to a federal crime. But he's made this rubbish claim many times. Nevertheless, the only computer at my residence that has any sensitive data is not even connected to the Internet. But even if he hacked that computer, the only information that could be retrieved would upset him.

Mark claims that he had someone search through my rubbish, and that he found proof that I was virtually broke.

Mark makes many such claims. He made this particular claim when he was saying I lived with my parents next to a homeless hostel. The first problem is he doesn't know where I live. The second problem is my financial information is only ever sent to my accountants or financial advisors, and even if it were sent to me, I certainly wouldn't discard such information. The third problem is he is confessing to a federal crime. But of course the claim is absolute rubbish anyway.

Mark previously denied owning roulettecomputereviews.com - after all, he gives himself positive reviews while calling my products "fraudulent".

At roulettecomputerreviews.com, Mark published information that is my Intellectual Property. Specifically he mentions a feature of my products that he heard from others, which in itself is no big deal, but he uses it to convince people he has actually seen my computer when he hasn't. So I submitted official DMCA complaints about his site, and had it shut down approximately 6 times. Each time, he simply moved the site to another host.

Recently, instead of moving web hosts, he decided to make a fraudulent counter-notification to his web host. This means now for me to have the site shut down again, I need to take it to court, where he will also be liable for making deliberate false statements in his counter-notification, and for my court costs. To avoid more serious perjury charges by falsifying his name on the counter-notification, he had to include his real name "Mark Anthony Howe". I was forwarded Mark's letter to his host in its entirety. Mark admitted in the letter that he indeed does own roulettecomputerreviews.com, but claims he simply recently purchased it from "R Johansen", which is another one of Mark's fake names. So now there is irrefutable proof that Mark does indeed own roulettecomputerreviews.com, although it was already obvious anyway.

You should know by now how full of it Mark is, but here's a few exyta points I'll correct from Mark's site:

• Mark claims I insult players when they ask for refunds. The truth is out of about 500 players, only about 5 people have asked for refunds, and most received it. One was a partial refund because the player was a Muslim, and his wife threatened to divorce him if he kept attending casinos. But the player agreed the system worked which is why he requested only a partial refund. I certainly never came close to insulting players as Mark claimed. In actual fact it is Mark who attacks players, branding them incompetent, when they ask for a refund, and I have emails from his players to prove it - but again i'm not interested in attacking Mark, just defending myself.

• Mark claims my computer is simply the Newton computer but with a different look. This is complete nonsense, he knows it, but it doesn't matter to him.

• Mark claims Tony Duhamel lost a large amount of money with my system and computers. He says this in big bold red text. The truth? Tony never even purchased my system. As for the computer, Tony NEVER even used it in a real casino because his solicitor advised him it was not legal in France. That's precisely why Tony tried to dishonestly get a refund, and had to make up bogus complaints. Did Tony ever lose money like Mark claims? No, not a dime.

Mark claims that in the Rentech case, I only made a measely $7000, and that before that I never had any money because apparently my roulette computers didn't work.

Firstly, at that stage I did not have roulette computers. I was developing various systems and technology, but at that point it was more like a hobby. I have made this point very clear many times.

Secondly, where on Earth does he think I got the money to pay for the 70,000+ Rentech shares in the first place? Did I just magically pull them out of my backside, or maybe did I have money beforehand to actually buy them?

And finally, I had done numerous other stock promotions before. The average profit per promotion was approximately $30,000. I never had any trouble with those promotions because the information I published was accurate. I only had issues with the Rentech promotion because I simply misunderstood Rentech's press releases, and made reasonable assumptions based on the information I had, although the assumptions were incorrect. With the SEC regulations, you simply can't afford to say anything that is even remotely inaccurate. It is my incorrect assumptions that were the problem, and that is what I was charged with.

One of my computer purchasers advertised my computer on ebay. Forester saw the ad and published it all over his site like a rash, making out as if my computer was junk which is why it was being sold.

Mark Howe of course had a similar reaction. Mark blasted out an email to his mailing list, telling people that no-one would sell something that worked (I wonder what that says about me being sent his computer for free). Mark also published the link to the ebay ad on his website.

First and foremost, it is important to note the player also has Forester's and Mark's computers. As per the statements below, he made it abundantly clear he found my device works far better than both Forester's and Mark's devices.

Forester neglected to state the players reason for selling was he was in a financial bind, and could not afford to travel overseas to apply the computer legally (he lives in the USA where computers are illegal). It had nothing to do with computer effectiveness. Forester also neglected to state the listed price is not the reserve price. He also forgot to mention I was sent his computer for free by an unhappy purchaser, I have been offered others, and forester's computer has been sold before too. I'll also mention one of forester's ignorant followers said the player is probably low on money because my computer doesn't work, but perhaps they didn't know the player also has both forester's and mark's devices.

Anyway, although I already knew the player's reasons for selling, I emailed him asking to confirm whether or not the sale had anything to do with my computer's effectiveness, or lack of effectiveness. Keep in mind the player also has both Mark's and Forester's computers. I also told him about what Mark and Forester did. Below is a excerpt from his response:

"I immediately berated Forester for mentioning that ad, and told him the device worked and his did not. I will forward you the email i sent him his morning when i saw what he said. As I mentioned, I only tried to sell due to financial burdens, not because of the device, which i believe to be accurate."

In Mark's Howe's broadcast email, Mark said:

"see attachment why would someone sell a roulette computer if it worked or had worked, they simply would not!"

Upon receiving Mark's broadcast email, the player emailed Mark saying:

"The computer works fine, your computer was much less effective. I am just low on money and cannot travel to casinos to use it. I don't appreciate you spreading gossip like this."

The player's response to me after I informed him about Mark Howe's and Forester's claims about the ebay ad is:

"But they are both full of shit, and missing the point, and you can feel free to post my response, or refer anyone who has questions to me. Both their systems sucks, yours seems to work, just that I am in dire financial situation and needed to to raise some money."

Again Mark and Forester try to discredit me and twist everything around, and they get a nice little backfire. Also I should note this player has done forester's different diamond test himself with my computer, and knows my claims are accurate.
